1. How do I place a custom order?
First, add the custom pendant to your cart. During checkout, you will see options to upload your cat's high-definition photo, type in your favorite flower. After you place the order, our artisan will hand-draw a design draft for your confirmation before starting the handmade process.
2. What materials are used?
Each piece is handcrafted using the traditional Cloisonné Enamel Sand Art technique. The pendant base is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability, rust-resistance, and hypoallergenic safety (nickel-free and lead-free, safe for sensitive skin). Fine metallic wires are skillfully bent to outline the cat's silhouette, then carefully filled with premium colored sand and shimmering gold dust to create the unique starry texture.
3. How long does it take to make?
The crafting process takes approximately 5–7 business days after we receive your final design confirmation. We take our time to ensure every grain of sand is perfectly placed, so please allow for this handmade timeline.
4. What about shipping time and tracking?
We ship worldwide via registered couriers (such as USPS, DHL, or EMS).

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
5. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
We do not include customs duties or import taxes in our prices. Please be aware that depending on your country's regulations, your local customs office may charge additional fees upon delivery. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after confirming the design?
We begin the delicate wire-bending and sand-filling process immediately after you approve the design draft. Therefore, once the design draft is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the design (floral type, colors, or cat silhouette).
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
Because this is a 100% bespoke, made-to-order piece created specifically according to your personalized requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom orders.
Exception: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or repair).
8. How do I care for my pendant?
To keep your enamel sand art vibrant, avoid direct exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged soaking in water. Gently wipe the stainless steel frame and metal rim with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Handle with care, as the sand texture is delicate.
